Anti-Resolution

I've never really been one to come up with a great big New Years Resolution. It seems to me that if there is something you want to do or change about yourself, that you should just do it. For example, if my butt is a little too big on New Years Day, then it was probably too big back in June too. None the less, I do have a small list of immediate to-dos that one could associate with a New Years Resolution, and now that the impossible month of December is out of the way, I can get back to business! I have here a visual representation via Pinterest of some ongoing idears.

My first and most pressing goal is to find somewhere to live. I've been without my own space for quite sometime, and just like that, I'm over it. I am hoping to only move into a new space once this year, but given my track record and some unforeseeable opportunities, that hope is destined for failure. But when Tom and I do move, we WILL NOT collect unwanted junk and I will make the effort to maintain a clean and simple decor aesthetic.

The next goal is ongoing, involves party planning, and to be quite honest it stresses me out just a tiny bit, but it also makes me extremely happy. That's all on that one!

After that, is very simply to spend some time with jewelry design and to perhaps seek out a class or two.

Ironically the last item on my list is most likely going to be the first accomplished. New hairdo! I'm keeping it long, and I'm keeping my bangs, but I'd like to go lighter on the ends of my ombré and perhaps introduce a pale tint.

So as you can see, this is just a normal list of year round activities that I happen to be sharing around the first of the  year. Happy New Year to all, and good luck with your own lists!
